Dongoleksor Houston: The Gateway to the American Energy Complex
Anchored in the heart of the U.S. Gulf Coast, the Dongoleksor Houston Terminal is a strategic linchpin for North American energy logistics. Situated directly on the Houston Ship Channel, our facility provides unmatched access to the world’s largest concentration of refineries and petrochemical plants. We are the essential storage and distribution hub connecting domestic production, including Permian Basin shale, to global markets.
Our fuel tank farm consists of 98 sizable on-site storage tanks that are above ground. Enclosing certain sections with reinforced concrete walls that are stronger than necessary ensures the safe and secure handling of such items. A wide range of goods are available to our customers by using aviation kerosene, liquid asphalt, and No. 6, No. 4, and No. 2 diesel oil. In addition, our tank farm features a scale house, an operations center, a truck weigh station, and a gasoline depot station with fifteen (15) commercial truck “loading rack” stations. As a result, tank truck filling and dispatching are extremely quick, economical, and efficient. Unlike a single, confined harbor, the “Oil Port of Houston” is best understood as a 25-mile long industrial corridor along the Houston Ship Channel—a meticulously engineered waterway connecting the city’s industrial heart to the Gulf of Mexico.
